Account: your email address and what you have bought.
Billing: payment provider tokens, transaction references, amounts and dates. We never store card numbers or CVVs. Card data goes directly to the payment provider through fields we cannot access.
Your kitchen: your favorites and collections, your shopping list, the recipes you marked as made, and your kitchen list (the items you told us you have, and the day you bought fresh fruit, if you entered it).
Preferences: a small named profile used by Bloom Kitchen AI and Bloom Daily Pick: first name, household size, diet, allergens, dislikes, kitchen tools, favorite colors and kitchen confidence, plus your Bloom Daily Pick email time and schedule.
Bloom Kitchen AI: your conversations, so you can reopen them.
Bloom Daily Pick: your settings and the record of each run.
Shop clicks: when you open a shop item from your dashboard, which item and when, so we know which recommendations are useful.
Photos
A photo you attach in Bloom Kitchen AI is re-encoded on our server (which removes hidden camera data such as location), used for that one answer, and never stored. The conversation keeps only a note that a photo was attached, and the answer.
What advertising platforms get, and what they never get
We use Meta advertising tools. They receive a purchase value, a currency, a hashed email address and standard browser identifiers.
They never receive, and we have built the system so that they cannot receive: your allergies or intolerances, your diet, nutrition figures, your kitchen list, your household size, anything about children, your photos, anything you typed to Bloom Kitchen AI, anything you set up in Bloom Daily Pick, or your shop clicks.
This is enforced in code: the tracking layer on our pages strips any field in those categories before an event leaves the page.
Processors
Payments: Tranzila and PayPal. Email: Resend. AI: a third-party model provider, which receives your messages and any photo you attach solely to produce a reply. Hosting and storage providers hold the data described above. When you open a shop link, you go to that seller's own site, under that seller's own privacy policy.

Email
We send exactly two kinds of email: the one that opens your dashboard, and Bloom Daily Pick results if you have switched it on. We do not email invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, trial notices, renewal notices or cancellation notices. All of that lives in your dashboard.
