Bloomplate is a digital recipe publisher. We make one thing: simple, mostly healthy recipes that look like a cafe made them, each with the plating move that makes it photograph beautifully.
Most recipe books tell you what to make. Very few tell you how to make it look like the picture. The bowls, drinks and plates you save from your feed are not made by people with a special talent. They are made with a few small, repeatable moves: how thick the base is, which colors sit side by side, where the crunch goes, what pattern the fruit makes, and when to take the photo.
We call those moves The BLOOM Formula: Base, Layers of color, Opposites, Order and Moment. Every Bloomplate recipe names its BLOOM moves in one line, so you learn the formula just by cooking.
Bloomplate 500, the book: 500 recipes in eleven chapters, from acai and pitaya bowls to pretty plates, boards, lighter desserts and fruit creations. Every quantity is in metric and US measures, every recipe lists its tools and allergens, and every specialty ingredient has a supermarket swap.
Around the book, your dashboard holds the searchable Recipe Library, your shopping list, and Bloom Kitchen AI, a kitchen assistant that answers from the recipes you own.
We are not a clinic, a nutrition service or a diet program. Bloomplate is general home cooking. We do not make medical, weight-loss or health-benefit claims about any food, and nutrition figures in our books are estimates.
We do not invent credentials, testimonials or customer numbers, and we do not publish a customer's photo without that customer's written permission.
